A Plymouth company plans to build a $100 million entertainment and adventure resort in Georgia, the Jacksonville Business Journal reports.

Real Development Corp. plans to build the amusement park on 574 acres of land in Kingsland, Ga., which is about 40 miles north of Jacksonville. It’s expected to create 800 jobs and attract 500,000 visitors annually when it opens in 2014, the Business Journal reports.

Michael Elzufon is the co-founder and CEO of Real Development, which was founded in 2004 and has been active for many years in the commercial real estate and condo markets in Wichita, Kan.

Other principals of the company include co-founder Dave Lundberg and Jeff Hill, the company’s executive vice president of operations.
